GRANDMASTER LEE TALKS ABOUT IMAGINATION

“Every candle ever lit, every home, bridge, cathedral or city ever built, every act of human kindness, discovery, daring, artistry, or advancement started first in someone’s imagination, and then worked its way out. As one of my black belts, you have that power – let’s use it to build the greatest martial arts organization in the history of the world.
If you do not think about the future, you cannot have one. If you don’t have a great dream, how can you have a really great dream come true?
Remember as one of my black belts, that your past is not ever your future potential. In a moment, you can choose to liberate the future. So start right now… this moment. See things in a better light so that things become better. It’s only then that you can become better.
If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got. Think about it.
You know people, I think, man is probably the only animal that laughs and weeps, for he is the only animal that is struck with the difference between what things are, and what they ought to be.
Black belt dreams will always come in a size too big so you can grow into them.
Every one of your thoughts is a seed, people, and with seeds remember if you plant crab apples, don’t count on harvesting golden delicious. As one of my black belt students studying with me I can tell you whatever you’re ready for is ready for you.
Reach deep my friend for the stars that I know lie hidden in your soul. Dream deeply, for your black belt mind will precede the winning of every great goal in your life.”

Warm Up:
10 pass through with staff
10 horse stance squats
10 inchworms
10 straight leg kicks
10 advanced/reverse straight leg kicks
1 form in your belt all out

Workout:
For time:
100 Jump Rope Jumps (Double unders if advanced)
90 Wheel Kick Balance (45 each leg)
80 Horse Stance Squats
70 Sit Ups with cross punches
60 Chicken Lunges
50 Push Ups with hand release
40 Broken Bow Jumps
30 Power Punches on heavy bag (15 each arm)
20 Bok Fu Burpees
10 Handstand Push Ups (or 1 minute handstand hold as sub)

Warm Down:
Ball torture for shoulders
