JOIN US FOR THE 4TH ANNUAL EAST WEST FUN RUN

June 24th, 2012 - 8:30 AM 5K & 10K Walk/Run

Race day registration from 7:30am - 8:00am.
Race start time 8:30am

Pre-race information:

Race numbers and info will be
available for pick up on race day during day of registration.

Event:

The East West Fun Run is a fundraising walk/run for the USA Team Fund. Participants will be able to register as a 5K runner, 5K walker, 10K runner, or 10K walker. The run will start at East West Kung Fu's Alamo location and travel through the beautiful scenery of Alamo and Danville along the Iron Horsetrail to East West San Ramon.

Don't miss out on this event, whether you are a serious runner, jogger or just out there to support the team! Your registration fee* will help the USA Team hopefuls pay for tournament fees, travel costs, hotel and gear. This year, these amateur athletes will spend countless hours training for a shot at representing East West Kung Fu, Grandmaster Lee and the system BOK FU DO and the USA at the World Tournament in Malaysia. Fund raising is the only way these dedicated athletes can make this dream a reality and we sincerely appreciate your support in this endeavor. Plus your registration is Tax deductible!

10K (Alamo to San Ramon course)

The 10K participants will register at the Alamo School. There will be tables set up where participants can pick up their registration materials and check in.
The 10K race will start on the Iron Horse Trail, between Stone Valley Rd and Las Trampas Rd. The runners will start at 8:30am. The finish line will be at the Crow Canyon Rd crossing in San Ramon.

5K (out and back course from San Ramon)

The 5K participants will register at our East West location in San Ramon and walk to the Iron Horse Trail crossing at Crow Canyon Rd for their starting location.
The 5K race will start at 8:30am on the Iron Horse Trail, at Crown Canyon Rd in San Ramon. Runners and walkers will travel towards Danville and turn around at El Capitan Dr. The finish line will be at Crown Canyon Rd in San Ramon.

Participants will be guided on a 2 block walk from the finish line to the party.

Registration:

Register by May 31st, 2012 to get a commemorative
tee shirt the day of the race!

Cost:

Pre-Reg by May 31st, 2012 $30
Day of $35.

Finisher Party:

Join us to celebrate the event and award the top racers at East West San Ramon! Will be held at 2242 Camino Ramon, Suite 101.

Transportation:

Shuttles will be provided from the San Ramon School finisher party in San Ramon back to Alamo and to the from 9:30am – 11:30am.
