Tremendous job to all competitors at our Fall 2011 Student Tournament! This was our largest tournament yet with over 200 participants. Bok Fu Fitness

Warm Up:
2 times:
10 pass through with staff
10 overhead squats (with staff)
inchworms up mat
straight leg kicks down mat
drop stance/hardbow/crane up mat
advanced reverse straight leg kicks down mat
10 push ups
10 broken bow jumps

Workout:
For time
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Sit Ups with cross punches

Warm Down:
5 minutes pull up practice
