After hearing from some of you, I knew we had to have a good BFF for Monday after all of our eating Saturday night! Enjoy this one:)

Warm Up:
2 Minutes of Jump Rope
10 Silverman Squats
10 Straight Leg Kicks – each leg
10 Advanced to Reverse Crescent Straight Leg Kicks – each leg
10 Around the Worlds (with staff)

Workout:
For time – 3 Rounds
800M run
50 Horse Stance Squats
40 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
30 Push Ups with Hand Release
20 Tuck Jumps
10 Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:
1 minute bridge (this does not have to be consecutive)
5 minutes of ball torture
