Warm Up:
400M Run
20 Bear Crawl Push Ups (exercise from Sunday, push up as you walk you right knee up to your right elbow, then switch sides)
20 V Ups
20 Tuck Jumps

Workout:
3 Rounds for time:
Broad Jumps + Bok Fu Burpees + Horse Stance Squats
6 – 1 – 10
5 – 2 – 10
4 – 3 – 10
3 – 4 – 10
2 – 5 – 10
1 – 6 – 10

Notes: You’ll do 6 Broad Jumps, 1 Bok Fu Burpee, 10 Horse Stance Squats. Then 5 Broad Jumps, 2 Bok Fu Burpees, 10 Horse Stance Squats…Complete the cycle 3 times.

Warm Down:
400M Walk to cool down
1 minute drop stance stretch on each side
1 minute horse stance stretch
