DIY #37 – Time to work off that food!

Great job to everyone that came to BFF this morning! For those that didn’t make it, here was today’s workout. Enjoy!

Warm Up:
2 times:
10 inchworms
10 pass throughs with staff (arms straight, staff over head and back)
10 body crashers
10 straight leg kicks
10 scorpions
10 back ups

Workout:
800M Run
100 Horse Stance Squats with medicine ball throw
100 Box Jumps or Step Ups
100 Sit Ups with cross punches
100 hardbow/ broken bow lunges
100 pull ups or jumping pull ups
100 push ups (25 with hand release, 25 bear crawl – knee to elbow as you push ups, 25 T push ups, 25 regular push ups)

Warm Down:
Belt stretching
samson stretch with partner pulling shoulders back
