Warm Up:
2 times:
20 mountain climbers
20 wheel kick balance each side
20 rear kick planks each side
20 side kick planks each side
20 full twisting punches each side

Workout:
7 Rounds for time
100 Yard Sprint
10 Bok Fu Burpee Broad Jumps (BF Burpee and then instead of jumping forward snap kick, do a broad jump forward)
10 Broken Bow Jumps with medicine ball (jump from broken bow on one side to other side holding medicine ball)
10 Sit Ups with cross punches

Warm Down:
5 minutes of Belt Torture for hips and groin on each side
