We’re at the Krakow airport getting ready to make our way back. It was a fantastic tournament, but it’s always nice to be coming home!

Here’s your next DIY… Enjoy!

Warm up:
800 M run
Horse stance/ hardbow/ crane stance around the mat
1 minute broken bow jumps

Workout:
50/40/30/20/10 for time
Sit ups with cross punches
Tuck jumps

Notes: if you can’t do the run, substitute with techniques 1-30 in your belt all out. Try to make sure that your form is correct on the tuck jumps. Your knees should come up to your chest on each jump. Always remember that form is more important than speed to get the most benefit out of your workout!
