Warmup: 50 forward snap kicks, 50 knife edge kicks, 50 rear kicks each side (yes, you can do these as a triple kick).
3 rounds of: 10 horse stance jumps with push up, 10 inchworms, 1 minute plank
Now for your Workout:
4 rounds for time
25 horse stance squats (with medicine ball throw if possible)
25 heel, wheel, thrust (each side)
25 broken bow jumps
25 mountain climbers
