Master Buckley is celebrating his 25th year in Bok Fu Do! This is an incredible milestone and to honor him and his unparalleled contribution to the system, we’ll be holding a celebration in his honor on Saturday, May 14th from 2-6pm at McGrail Vineyards in Livermore. 10 Chicken Lunges
10 Side Kick Planks (each leg)

Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture for hips/quads
