Here is the next installment of our Bok Du Stretching series. For all of you that have injured your hamstrings in the past, here is a great video for you.

Bok Fu Fitness

Warm Up:
400M Run (or 150 Jump Rope Jumps)
2 times:
Straight leg kicks up and down mat
Advanced/ reverse Straight leg kicks up and down mat
High Knees up and down mat
Inchworms up and down mat
Broad Jumps up and down mat

Bok Fu Burpees
Horse Stance Squat Jumps
Sit Ups with cross punches

10 Bok fu Burpees, 10 Horse Stance Squat Jumps, 10 Sit ups with cross punches, then 9 of each, 8 of each…1 of each.

Warm Down:
5 minutes of partner stretching
5 minutes on foam roller for hips/quads (or ball torture)
