Sarah Reilly, CNC, is a Clinical Nutritionist and owner of Get Nourished; a virtual nutrition company that serves clients nationally. She is a burn out/recovery specialist who helps business leaders, athletes, and those suffering from chronic illness to recover, rebuild and attain peak performance. She combines the principles of Holistic Nutrition and Functional Medicine in her customized approach to help each client achieve lasting positive results.
Mr. Worden has been teaching nunchucks for many years to our students. This is open to all students and is a great way to get introduced to weapons training. You will learn the basics of the weapon, how it’s used and learn a nunchucks form for demonstration and competition purposes.
